Our products are 100% made in Spain (Elche) and we are proud of that. We have been creating footwear for three generations. We tell you a curiosity: each of our shoes has gone through more than 100 different hands for its manufacture and to ensure its quality.

Shipping and Deliveries

Where are my new HEE shoes? After making the purchase, it will automatically be sent to your email address. In it, you will receive an order number.

To locate your order you must enter https://www.seur.com/es/index.html and, adding your order number in the field 鈥淔ollow your shipment鈥, you will be able to locate it and track your order.

In the same way, you will also receive emails from SEUR with the information of the shipping phase in which the order is located. Don't worry, they're already on their way!

Why don't I have my HEEs yet if they show up as 鈥渄elivered鈥? In case you have not received your order and it appears as "delivered" you must contact us through our form:

We know you can't wait to receive your new HEE shoes. Therefore, if your order has not arrived within the estimated time, you should check the e-mail sent after completing the purchase and an order number will appear in it. After locating this number you must enter:

Once there, you must enter your Number of order in the "Follow your shipment" field to find out what status it is in. Perhaps your order has undergone a small change in terms of its delivery time. Don't worry, you'll soon have your HEE with you!

We have a bit of bad news... you cannot request that it be sent to your address again.

But here is the good news, SEUR will take care of sending you an e-mail with a link through which you can select the nearest collection point. We promise you won't have to move much at all!

Although we are always working and making an effort so that you have your HEE with you as soon as possible, sometimes we cannot control everything and your shipment could suffer some type of delay in its delivery. If so, don't worry, we'll take care of it!

We are always aware of all our customers' orders. Therefore, in case of detecting any type of inconvenience in your order, we will take care of contacting you as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

You will be refunded in the same payment method that you used for your purchase. Approximately 5-8 days after returning your HEE.

It's very simple: write to us at contacto@heeshoes.com with your order number. We will send you a link and there you can manage the return.

You can also contact us through this link, remember to indicate your order number.

You must enter your HEE in the same box in which you received your order (and in the same way). You will see a sticky tab that you can use to close it.

Through the link that SEUR will have sent you, you will be able to print the label that you must place in the shipping box (the one with the adhesive tapes and it is brown). You can also show the QR code that will give you SEUR to the delivery man who picks up the package, this replaces the label.

And that's it!

From the moment you received your HEE, you will have 15 days to make the return.

Nothing! But be careful: it is very important that you have kept the boxes for their correct return. Otherwise, you may be charged a small penalty.
Why? Because we are committed to the environment and we have a recycling policy for each item we produce.
